Quotes
Collection of best words by Mila Kunis
♥ Mila: Blondes definitely do not have more fun. Trust me.
♥ Mila: (On her "That '70s Show" (1998) character, Jackie, switching boyfriends from Kelso to Hyde): "I think her relationship with Steven has taught her to be less selfish".
♥ Mila: (Denying false reports of marriage): I've been engaged. I think I've already been married. And I'm sure I have a child somewhere. I'm waiting to have something else happen. No, I'm not married. And no, I'm not engaged. And no, I do not have a child. No one seems to listen. And next week I'll be engaged again. I think, at one point, they were like, 'Seen shopping in Beverly Hills for engagement rings.' We were in Japan working. What is wrong with these people? Half the time you can say they misconstrued facts. But, more often than not, they just make stuff up.
♥ Mila: Well I was in Russia. I wasn't allowed to be religious. My whole family was in the holocaust. My grandparents passed and not many survived. After the holocaust in Russia you were not allowed to be religious. So my parents raised me to know I was Jewish. You know who you are inside. You don't need to tell the whole world. You believe what you believe and that's what's important. And that's how I was raised. My family was like 'you are Jewish in your blood'. We can celebrate Yom Kippur and Hannukah but not by the book. We do it to our own extent. Because being in Russia...Bar Mitzvahs weren't held. When I was in school you would still see anti-Semitic signs. One of my friends who grew up in Russia, she was in second grade. And she came home one day crying. Her mother asked why she was crying and she said on the back of her seat there was a swastika. Now this is a country that obviously does not want you. So my parents raised me Jewish as much as they could and came to America. I love my religion. I think it's a beautiful religion but I took parts of it that I want for myself. I don't need to go to temple. I will, but I don't need to.
♥ Mila: (in an interview about "Max Payne") Tight black shorts and a leather bustier and a black coat-type thing. It's almost impossible to look slightly coordinated in 5-inch heels in snow. But apparently, that's what assassins like to wear nowadays.
♥ Mila: (about the filming of "Max Payne") I didn't enjoy the clothes very much. I enjoyed the guns and I enjoyed the training a lot.
♥ Mila: (Talking about "Family Guy") Because of the DVD releases is the reason we're back on the air. Maybe it's because of awareness. I really don't know why and how it happened, but it happened in the blink of an eye.
♥ Mila: (Talking about the character of Meg on "Family Guy") Well, at least for the first two or three years, she was just getting stepped upon, everyone was always making fun of her, and then finally, I'd say a year or two ago, she finally grew a backbone and started standing up for herself. And then she's cursing and yelling...she's more feisty now. I think maybe she's hit puberty in (the) cartoon world, and so she's a finally a little fun. She's fun to play now, as opposed to before when she was just a little loser-chick.
♥ Mila: (talking about the success of "Family Guy") It's all 100% due to the fans. You could not have a show that relied more on the fans. It's all because of them.
♥ Mila: I am such a nerd. I'm not one of those girls that goes, "Ha, ha, hee, hee. I'm a nerd." No, no, no--my brain mentality is the same as a 12-year-old little boy. The video games that I play, the things that I like to watch--I'm a Trekkie. I'm so happy the nerds are finally winning.
♥ Mila: (on living with Macaulay Culkin): We stay home. We're incredibly private, and I think we relish the privacy we do actually have and are able to sustain it. We enjoy each other's company. We like to read books or play video games or watch TV or go to the movies. And he's an amazing cook. He makes dinner every night.
♥ Mila: I wish I could say something exciting, like that Laura Prepon and I have wet T-shirt contests, but we don't.
♥ Mila: My mom and my dad wanted my brother and I to have a better life, you know, better education, better jobs. It was probably harder, much, much harder, for my parents. When you're a kid, you can learn a language much more easily; I learned English in less than a year.
♥ Mila: The downfall of the industry is that there is a lot of pressure in it, a lot of rejection in it and a lot of competition in it. It's a whole mess.
♥ Mila: Teens are dealing with the same problems now in the '90s as they did back in the '70s, the only real difference is the clothes we wear.
♥ Mila: I don't think it's true that blondes have more fun... Trust me, it is not true!
♥ Mila: I definitely hope to attend UCLA and major in business.
♥ Mila: I am stubborn, and I admit it...so it's OK.
♥ Mila: (Talking about "That '70s Show") I'm the baby on the show.
♥ Mila: It's fun working on the set... I usually work about 10 and a half hours a day, and I also study about five of those hours. It can be tiring, but it's fun!
♥ Mila: Always have a backup plan.
♥ Mila: It's not the most normal life in the world, but I screw up plenty of times to be a normal teenager.
♥ Mila: I started auditioning as just an after-school activity, and somehow it just led to something more.
♥ Mila: My dad heard of a studio on the radio, and it was advertised as a place for kids to meet kids, and it was actually a studio, and that's where I met my manager and agent.
♥ Mila: Acting was a total mistake. It was just something that happened as an accident.
♥ Mila: My goal in life is to enjoy what I do, and never to look back and say I wish I would have done that, and to go to UCLA, and to become someone great in life!
♥ Mila: I never dated Wilmer Valderrama. I never dated Danny Masterson. They're like my brothers. That's disgusting. That's wrong.
♥ Mila: I started acting when I was nine as a hobby because it was fun and I could get out of school. I didn't ever think that I would have it as a job because I didn't know you could have a job in acting. But now I really love what I do and I can't even imagine doing anything else.
♥ Mila: No strings sex is great in theory but falls short in execution. You can't sustain a friends with benefits relationship for a long time. It's inevitable it will either go one way or the other. I have plenty of males who are my friends... Without the benefits. If you're friends with someone, let's just leave it at that. There needs to be nothing more.
